You will handle payment gateway projects, collaborate with various teams, and manage external stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has 2-5 years of experience in project management, and is proficient in tools like Jira. A PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.

I'm looking for Project Management staff (mid-level, 1 position || PKWT-based & Fully WFO) who are passionate about a Fintech Company.
What we are looking for from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
Strong understanding of payment gateway operations, APIs, and transaction flow is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
PMP, Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
We appreciate your best efforts to do these things:
Plan, execute, and monitor payment gateway projects, including new product rollouts, client integrations, system upgrades, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with product, tech, compliance, and business development teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as banking partners, merchants, or payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, QRIS).
Track project progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and ensure milestones are met within budget and schedule.
Prepare project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, issue tracking, meeting notes, and reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring early escalation of any blockers or delays.
Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings.
Maintain and improve internal project management processes and tools.
