  • Supervise vendor performance during installation according to SOP and K3.
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments in project completion.
  • Communicate problems and resolve them during the project.
  • Maintain operational project costs and minimize errors.
  • Create project timelines and manage time based on priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Quality Management
    • Supervise, monitor, and quality control vendor performance during installation according to SOP and K3 based on Dekoruma standards
    • Use project dashboard for each project activity
  • Team Work
    • Coordinate well with internal and external departments in project completion, procurement, and logistics teams in acquiring and delivering goods to other teams
    • Coordinate well with vendors involved during the project
  • Problem Solving & Handling Complain
    • Communicate problems well to superiors, teams, clients, and related parties
    • Resolve technical and non-technical problems during the project according to capacity
    • Proactively provide information to superiors, teams, clients, and related parties
  • Saving Cost
    • Maintain operational project costs
    • Maintain and minimize errors that impact project costs
  • Time Management
    • Create project timelines according to targets and communicate with superiors, teams, clients, vendors, and related parties
    • Manage time based on priorities to complete after-sales projects
    • Ensure project completion runs smoothly
    • Proactively update project activities on the project dashboard
    • Complete administrative tasks, financial settlements, etc. according to targets
