A leading interior design company in Jakarta Utara seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4-5 years of relevant experience in commercial and office design, and strong project management skills. Responsible for the overall planning and execution of projects and from pre to post-contract management functions.
Organize work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects.
Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work.
Ensure good workmanship is carried out for all site works.
Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers and attend the site meetings.
Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation related to the project.
Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects, with a strong emphasis on commercial and office design & build.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and supervision, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to read, write and converse confidently in English language.
