A leading property development company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the quality, budget, and timeline of construction projects. Candidates should have at least 8-12 years of experience, particularly in mixed-use buildings, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. The role is located in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, offering competitive remuneration and benefits.
Controlling the quality of the project based on budget, quality, and time.
Monitoring and managing the project budget, project risk, and dealing with day-to-day operational issues.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion on time according to the agreed schedule.
Evaluating construction methods and determining the cost-effectiveness of plans.
Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Having a minimum of 8-12 years of working experience as a Project Manager from a reputable developer or contractor company.
Experience in handling project construction progress for mixed-use buildings.
Experience in handling project construction permits.
Posesses excellent time and budgeting parameters.
Good communication skills internally with the team and externally with clients.
Strong leadership skills, discipline, and professionalism.
Candidate should be willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk 2.
