Job description

4-7 years of experience in technology project management, preferably in AI, data, or digital transformation.

Proven success in managing medium to large-scale projects with full end-to-end solution delivery.

Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, cloud, and digital technologies (conceptual and practical).

Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business units).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting.

Strong leadership skills, including mentoring junior team members and fostering team performance.

Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance, public sector) is a plus.

Knowledge of change management and AI adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities
