Role Overview

• Run multiple concurrent projects with shared resources.
• Manage Jira and dashboards including burndown charts, estimations, and priorities.
• Refine and groom tasks and backlogs.
• Run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, post‑mortems, etc.
• Deploy and balance resources and workload to optimize velocity EDIT quality.
• Create studio transparency across the whole development cycle.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Amazing communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, requirements, and

• Experience producing and releasing games.
• Experience owning and running Childrend processes (e.g., SCRUM).
• Experience with designing, planning, and executing Product and Game roadmaps.
• Fluent in industry-standard management tools such as JIRA or similar.
• You enjoy working closely with artists, game designers, and developers.
• Professional‑level English.
