Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Support the fulfillment of Environmental & Social (E&S) compliance requirements for SESNA Group projects
2. Ensure that all project activities comply with mandatory national regulations and relevant international standards
3. Responsible for conducting review, monitoring, and reporting of E&S performance
4. Prepare environmental and social documents required based on the lenders’ compliance list (e.g., RKL-RPL reporting, KUBL, TKBI, and other obligations)
5. Identify compliance gaps and monitor the implementation of corrective and follow-up actions
6. Collect, verify, and maintain Environmental & Social (E&S) data from project teams and contractors, including updating the E&S compliance matrix
7. Coordinate with internal departments (CIS, Engineering, HSE, Legal) and external consultants to ensure timely completion of E&S deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree majoring Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Environmental & Social (E&S), ESG or sustainability report
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental and social regulations applicable to PLTS projects (AMDAL / UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, K3, TKBI, land use, community engagement)
• Familiarity with international E&S standards and lender requirements such as IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and World Bank E&S Framework
• Strong analytical skills to identify E&S risks, compliance gaps, and manage corrective action plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for E&S compliance matrix and performance tracking
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
