Job-Description: Project Quotation Specialist

Analyzing project specifications, developing cost estimation, and preparing price proposal/quotation.

Focuses on the entire quotation process, from initial estimate to final quote generation.

Identifying opportunities to improve the quotation process and make it more efficient.

Keep records and file all price proposal and any related document in database and system tracking tools.

Tracking and monitoring project costs and progress to ensure they align with the initial quote.

Working closely with sales teams, project managers, and other relevant division.

Requirements

• Familiarity with project management software (MS Project), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Minimal 3 years Experience in Project Quotation Specialist or related fields.
