A leading clean water provider in Indonesia seeks an experienced professional to oversee project activities at their Water Treatment Plant. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience in utilities projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project execution, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining documentation. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure/utilities projects, preferably in water treatment.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, BoQ, and project specifications.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Support the control, monitoring and evaluation of all project activities at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
Ensure that actual work execution complies with technical standards and the provisions in the BoQ/Design.
Control, coordinate and carry out oversight functions across all project phases—starting from preparation, physical execution, to completion—to ensure the process runs effectively.
Identify and assist in mitigating technical risks that may arise during project implementation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily project progress and prepare technical/engineering reports for the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and company regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
