PT. Target Teguh Perkasa Mandiri is an interior design and build company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the entire interior project execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with design team, purchasing, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Develop project timelines and monitor progress while reporting regular updates to management.
• Ensure all materials and work meet the specified design and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and maintain cost control.
• Handle project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, especially in interior design and build projects.
• Strong project management skills, including team coordination and scheduling.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand interior design specifications.
• Proficient in both Indonesian and English, verbal and written.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, firm, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel according to project location needs.
