About the Role

We are looking for a Provincial Coordinator for East Indonesia Area to support provincial‑level anti‑trafficking and worker‑protection initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate implementing partners, strengthen local government collaboration, and drive community‑level access‑to‑justice efforts. You will serve as a key liaison between the organization and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementing partners to ensure high‑quality delivery of protection programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with provincial and district government agencies, law enforcement, and service providers.
• Represent the organization in provincial meetings, consultations, and multi‑stakeholder forums.
• Analyze local socio‑political and cultural dynamics to anticipate risks and inform program strategy.
• Support the alignment of project activities with established protection models and standards.
• Strengthen the capacity of partners and government stakeholders through training, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, field visits, and coordination activities across partners and local actors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and reporting standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and data for monitoring and evaluation.
• Contribute to local‑level advocacy efforts that promote access to justice and improved protection responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, law, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
