• Organize tasks and breaks to maximize productivity and maintain flow.
• Monitor ACH and PAC production for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance to resolve equipment or process issues.
• Perform regular quality checks to meet specifications.
• Supervise product filling and dispatch for accurate, timely orders.
• Confirm proper labeling and packaging before shipment.
• Coordinate with logistics for smooth transfer of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure material availability.
• Manage waste during cleaning processes.
• Train new operators on procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Familiar or able to operate SAP system.

• Strong knowledge of ACH and PAC production processes, equipment, and machinery.
