• Analyze Budgets And Continuously Control Production Costs And Identify Waste Measures.
• Control And Develop System & Procedures To Be More Effective, Efficient, And Simple
• Plan, Coordinate And Control Manpower And Production Process To Ensure The Output Is Produced At The Right Cost In The Right Quantities At The Right Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Rubber Industry is preferred
• Good understanding in automotive production process, especially in automotive rubber components
• Familiar in ISO series, Kaizen System, 5S, and Safety
• Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, speaking).
