Job description

Fully responsible for factory operation and management, including production, equipment, quality, safety, cost, and personnel. Ensure products are produced efficiently, stably, and in compliance. Produce in a standardised manner, and promote continuous improvement and lean operation of the factory.

Main Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the execution of the factory's production plan, capacity management, and personnel scheduling;
• Ensure stable product quality, qualified non-defective rate, and controllable production costs;
• Promote the optimization of production processes, on-site 6S management, and lean production;
• Supervise equipment maintenance and safety management to prevent accidents;
• Participate in the trial production of new products and process improvement;
• Develop and implement annual budgets, energy consumption, and human efficiency targets;
• Cultivate a mid-level cadre echelon and build a learning-oriented factory culture;
• Maintain efficient communication with headquarters functional departments (R&D, finance, human resources, etc.).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Food Engineering, Machinery, Chemical Engineering, etc.;
• Over 8 years of experience in food or beverage factories, with over 3 years of experience as factory director or deputy factory director;
• Familiar with the production line processes and equipment for liquid foods such as jelly and beverages;
• Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and factory safety standards;
• Fluent in English or Indonesian, capable of effective communication and reporting.
