Moreover, Good Sale Tech successfully developed its businesses in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Specialist role focuses on shaping product positioning and storytelling by collaborating with Product Development, defining compelling USPs, and translating technical insights into clear marketing messages. This role also ensures strong product knowledge across the brand portfolio and enhances visibility by revamping e-commerce and marketing materials for priority products.

Working Arrangement: WFO

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Development to identify and highlight key selling points of new products.
  • Translate technical or scientific insights into clear, compelling marketing messages.
  • Build strong product knowledge across the brand portfolio and develop unique value propositions (USPs).
  • Create persuasive selling points to support brand and product positioning.
  • Revamp and optimize e-commerce materials for existing priority (P0) products to maximize visibility and sales performance.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry with a strong passion and enthusiasm for beauty.
  • Solid understanding of consumer insights, including customer needs and the selling points of beauty products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and able to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
