Job description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist/Manager who will lead the marketing of full product portfolio, including in-house software solutions and hardware devices. The client operates in Indonesia, with a growing to expand and sell the products internationally. This role will play a key part in strengthening our presence both locally and overseas.

The Product Marketing Specialist/Manager will drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across online and offline channels, ensuring the products reach the right audience with strong and compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for software and hardware (IoT) products in both local (Indonesia) and international markets.
  • Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, performance marketing, events, exhibitions, partnerships, etc.).
  • Create clear product messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market materials.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to support launch activities and market expansion.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine positioning for domestic and overseas audiences.
  • Manage offline marketing activities such as events, demos, workshops, roadshows, and trade shows.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience marketing tech, SaaS products is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content‑creation skills.
  • Experience in or exposure to international marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, data‑driven, and creative mindset.
