Job description

As a Product Manager for Crypto at Stockbit, you will lead the development and enhancement of our cryptocurrency products, driving user engagement and adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions tailored to our users' needs. Your expertise in the crypto market and understanding of blockchain technology will guide the direction of our product portfolio, ensuring we remain competitive in the evolving landscape of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the context/knowledge/lingo/opportunities of the crypto exchanges and blockchain. Investigate and present customer pain-points, competitor analysis, competitor benchmarks, strategic opportunities, and product design goals.
• Define product roadmaps for cryptocurrency products, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality crypto products that meet regulatory standards but also user needs.
• Implement and manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and iteration based on user engagement and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in the cryptocurrency space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably within the cryptocurrency domain.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, security, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and managing end-to-end product development for crypto business.
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Creative thinker with a vision.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate regulatory challenges related to cryptocurrency products.
