Job Description

We are looking for experienced Product Manager/s to join our expanding Product & Engineering team. The incumbent will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering, prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role will report to VP – Product, based in Singapore.

Job Description:

  • Understand the market landscape and competition to create a competitive product strategy and roadmap, in conjunction with the Sales teams
  • Drive the product lifecycle - Ideation, design, prioritization, development, testing and launch
  • Collaborate with the development and sales team for feature prioritization and ensuring that the overall product launch is as per client requirements
  • Define key product performance metrics and design strategies to improve adoption rate.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in product development and management preferably across F&B, e-commerce, travel, CRM & Loyalty companies
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications and mobile products
  • Experience in Agile framework, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Analysis, Data Analysis, System Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Use Case Development using UML methodology, Software Design and Development.
  • Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, User Requirement Documents and helping developers with the creation of Software Requirement Specifications
  • Expert in using JIRA, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project for requirements analysis, data analysis, graphs, presentation, and documentation
  • Expertise in understanding and supporting the client with project planning, project definition, requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training
  • Able to do Business and Functional documentation, Business Process Mapping (current and future state of systems), Business case development, Systems Analysis
  • Experience in supporting and managing user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management across diverse industry verticals
  • Good interpersonal skills, leadership quality, commitment, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
