Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in procurement, preferably for apartment/high-rise building.
• Recognize various types of materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks on material inventory to avoid stock out.
• Make reports on coordination with Users and Warehouse Staff regarding stock levels.
• Collect and record all incoming requests for goods/services.

Skills

Knowledge of Warehouse Management

Job description

Job Descriptions:

• Seeking vendors to propose in tenders to obtain quality and quantity of materials in accordance with the required specifications
• Conduct routine checks (stock-taking) on material inventory to avoid stock out and unusable materials
• Make reports on the results of coordination with Users (Building Maintenance) and related Warehouse Staff regarding the maximum and minimum stock of goods in the warehouse according to needs
• Collect and record all incoming requests for goods/services from all sections
• Collect recording reports made by Warehouse Staff

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil) major
• Minimum 1 year working experience in procurement, preferably for apartment/high-rise building
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management
