Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding of global implementation strategies, process technology related to the end-to-end process of Source to Pay, including eSourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, PO processing, Supplier Risk Management, Energy & Risk Management and Data & Analytics.
• Be and act as the indirect spend Source to Pay focal point and process implementation lead for regional implementation project(s) and project phases in accordance with the Cargill ERP Roadmap.
• Lead advance deployment of CSSP activities, aid in Solution Confirmation, and support Local Design/Build efforts.
• Ensure that system configuration and process design aligns with S2P Golden Process target architecture and processes defined by the Global Process Organization (GPO).
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and Business Simulation for CSSP.
• Prepare for and participate in Super User and End User training.
• Able to define S2P (Source to Pay) processes in-line with Company global standard.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of functional experience.
• Deep Source to Pay business process knowledge; strong business judgment.
• Previous experience leading project work in large scale projects and change management initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, JDEM.
• Strong financial, mathematical, modeling and analytical skills.
