Job description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Procurement Admin to join our team in our Batam, Riau Islands location. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved Purchase requisitions (PR).
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of procurement documents (PR, PO, quotations, Vendor forms, agreements).
  • Maintain procurement records and filing system (Digital & hardcopy) for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Monitor outstanding PR/PO and follow up with requestors and vendors for timely closure.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure all procurement documents meet Finance requirements for AP processing.
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, supply chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • At least 1‑2 years of procurement or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of procurement process, documentation flow, and basic logistic terms (FCA).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Must reside in Batam.
