• Handleend-to-endAccountPayabletasksincludinginvoiceverification,pettycashandstaffclaimsandensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies;
• CollaboratewithinternalteamstoensuresmoothAPoperations;
• Reviewandreconcilevendorstatementstoensurethatalloutstandingpaymentsareaccurate;
• Workcloselywithcreditcardholderstoreconcilemonthlycreditcardstatementsandcompleterelatedapproval;
• Answervendorinquiriesandresolveanyinvoicediscrepancies;
• PrepareandmonitorweeklyandmonthlyAPreports:bankreconciliation,APAgingandbalance-sheetaccounts
• Assistwithmonth-endandyear-endcloseprocedure;
• Serveasapointofcontactforescalatedissueresolution,internalinquiries,andvendordisputes;
• ProvidedailysupportandmentorshiptojuniorAPstaff;
• Treasurysupportforcashflowforecast;
• ManageescalationpointonOpenPO,GRIRandresolvethelongoutstanding;
• Keycontacttoresolveanyinvoiceorpaymentdiscrepancyissuewithexternalparty(vendor)andbusinessoperation;
• KeypersontodealwithanyauditissuerelatedtoAccountsPayablefunctionincludeexternalaudit,anyregulatorybodiesorinternalauditteam;
• Performsother/ad-hocdutiesthatmaybeassignedbyimmediatesuperiorsfromtimetotime;
• Proactivelyidentifyandrecommendimprovementstoenhancefinanceoperationsandstrengthencontrols.

MinimumQualificationsandExperience

• CandidatemustpossessatleastanAdvancedDiplomainAccounting/BusinessAdministration/Commerceorworking.towardsProfessionalAccountingQualificationsuchasACCA,MICPAorCIMA
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandonateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
• Confidenceandinitiativewhenworkingwithexperiencedstakeholders,bothinternallyandexternally.
• Haveatleast 2yearsofexperienceinProcuretoPayinasharedserviceenvironment.
• PossessSAPandExcelskillswillhaveaddedadvantageous.
