A leading advertising company in Indonesia seeks a qualified individual to maintain and grow client relationships. The role involves delivering exceptional after-sales service, developing new business opportunities, and managing end-to-end client projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in the advertising/media industry, with strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in English is essential. This position is based in Jakarta Utara.
Maintain and grow repeat orders from existing clients.
Deliver excellent after-sales service and campaign monitoring.
Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Prepare tailored OOH proposals and manage end-to-end client projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Handle client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
2–5 years of experience in OOH Media or related advertising/media industry.
Strong sales and closing skills.
Excellent public speaking & communication skills.
Good command of English (written & spoken).
Target-oriented, persuasive, and able to manage multiple clients/projects.
