Qualifications

• 7–10 years of procurement experience, including 5 years in luxury hotel pre-opening or large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in luxury FF&E and OS&E, custom millwork, and high-end materials.
• Extensive local and international supplier network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall FF&E and OS&E procurement strategy for pre-opening.
• Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure specifications are met.
• Manage procurement budgets and approve purchase orders.
