Job summary

A leading technology firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to develop and enforce project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in IT project management, along with a proven track record managing enterprise-level project portfolios. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, while Mandarin will be an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce project management methodologies, templates, and standards (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).

Establish governance frameworks for IT projects, including approval, prioritization, and reporting processes.

Maintain the IT project portfolio and ensure alignment with customer goals.

Monitor project progress, risks, and acceptance across the IT portfolio.

Support project manager with reporting, planning and risk mitigation.

Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with customer standards.

Break down tasks and make proper action plan, track action plan externally and internally.

Provide visibility and insights to senior management through data-driven reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in IT project management or PMO roles.

Proven track record in managing enterprise-level project portfolios.

Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI).

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on project oversight.

Familiarity with IT governance, and risk mitigation processes.

Fluent in English are must, Mandarin speaker will be point plus.

Experience in large-scale digital transformation or system integration projects.
