Job description

Responsibilities

Evaluate company/plant performance (specifically in the Plant) in terms of cost & quality, identify 7 wastes & losses, and provide guidance to relevant divisions or departments to implement cost/loss reduction programs.

Manage Total Productive Management (TPM) activities.

Manage and control all continuous improvement programs (SGA, 5R Adopter, Kaizen, RCFA, Best Practices, etc.) and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment).

Conduct training, coaching, and audits related to TPM (shop floor excellence and continuous improvement) for divisions or departments.

Work on innovative improvement programs aligned with company rules/procedures.

Job Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Division Head (Senior Manager/General Manager) in SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), Continuous Improvement, or TPM in a manufacturing industry.

Understanding of the PDCA Cycle and problem‑solving tools.
