Job summary

A professional services organization in Papua Barat is looking for a Personal Virtual Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate should be intelligent, resourceful, and able to handle various tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and social media accounts. While experience in the legal sector is a plus, strong English communication skills and proficiency in Office 365 are essential. This full-time role requires flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work long hours and be on-call to the Director.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Director and assist him when needed.
  • Handle correspondence and proofread emails.
  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule travel arrangements.
  • Run personal errands and conduct research tasks.
  • Organize meetings and take notes during them.

Skills

Excellent written and spoken English
Assertive with conflict resolution skills

Fast typing (transcription experience)

About

We require an Executive Assistant to work exclusively for the company Director. Previous work (or knowledge) in the legal sector is an advantage – but not a pre-requisite. If you are intelligent, able to solve problems and be attentive to the Director’s needs, then that is what we want.

Responsibilities
  • Working directly with the Director and being available when he needs your help
  • Handling his correspondence and proofreading emails
  • Intercepting time consuming communication to free him up (aka being a gate keeper)
  • Calendar Management
  • Booking and creating travel itineraries (hotel, taxi, hire car and flight bookings)
  • Running personal errands (eg. organising gifts, cards, etc)
  • Research tasks
  • Organising meetings
  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Transcribing audio messages
  • Managing his social media accounts
Skills Required
  • Ability to work long hours and be on-call to the Director
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Assertive with conflict resolution skills
  • In depth knowledge of Office 365
  • Excellent internet connection
  • Resourceful
