Job summary

A consulting firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate is required to be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong communication skills in English and Indonesian. This role involves scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and liaising with partners. Experience in the new energy sector is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator, or Admin Support.
  • Experience in the new energy / mining / EV / renewable energy sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external partners.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and operational support to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing itineraries.
  • Attend meetings to support translation (Mandarin–English/Indonesian) and ensure accurate communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents as required.
  • Liaise with China-based partners, suppliers, or stakeholders for business coordination.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Business, Management, or related fields preferred).
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (required).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator, or Admin Support.
  • Experience in the new energy / mining / EV / renewable energy sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willing to work in Sudirman area, South Jakarta.
