PERSONAL ASSISTANT
- FULL-TIME - BALI BASED

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a well‑organized and timely manner for our CEO and Founder. The ideal candidate is open-minded, possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates exceptional discretion when handling confidential information. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to personal, professional, and communication needs.

Previous experience in executive administration and personal assistant work and/or project management required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Communication: Handle emails, messages, and draft correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research as needed and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and written materials.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Event Coordination: Organize events and speaking engagements (e.g., online gatherings) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Database & Administrative Management: Oversee filing systems and databases, and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Errands & Household Management: Assist with running errands and managing household tasks, including coordinating with childcare and cleaning staff, purchasing household supplies (online), grocery shopping (online), house maintenance, custom furniture, etc.
  • Time Management: Support daily time management initiatives to optimize the CEO’s productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with a minimum of 3 years in a personal or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
