Responsibilities
- Document permit application and supporting data for the application.
- Liaise with governments & other departments.
- Maintain and ensure the existing permits are valid according to applicable regulations and time schedules.
- Ensure the updated license complies with existing regulations and is completed within the required time period.
- Track and review existing permits that need extension/renewal; assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies to achieve new site project targets from the licensing side.
- Provide periodic reports to superiors accurately and timely based on actual field data and documents.
- Work closely with other departments to obtain sufficient information and documents.
- Understand the risk management factors related to licensing and permitting processes for new business expansion and development.
- Support teams as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel; Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot).
- Good personality, attitude and high integrity.
- Honest, conscientious, and able to work with a team.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to learn and hard worker.
