About : To oversee, manage, and ensure the timely processing, renewal, and compliance of all company permits, licenses, and certifications required for business operations, construction activities, property development, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process all required permits and licenses such as building permits, operational permits, environmental permits, utility approvals, and other regulatory documents.
  • Maintain an updated register of all permits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure company compliance with national, regional, and local regulations applicable to property development, construction, and estate operations.
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and relevant authorities to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and submissions in accordance with government regulations and internal standards.
  • Provide monthly reports on permit status, renewal schedules, potential risks, and compliance progress.
  • Provide advisory to internal departments regarding regulatory requirements for new projects or changes in operational procedures.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, government institutions, consultants, and external stakeholders for smooth permit processing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in permit management, government relations, compliance, or regulatory affairs—preferably in property development or construction.
  • Strong understanding of government regulations, licensing processes, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with customers, government agencies and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Proactive, disciplined, problem solver, and capable of working under minimum supervision.
