You will be responsible for shaping our digital marketing strategy and driving online engagement with our customers. Job Description
  • Creating data‑driven marketing strategies to reach specific business goals.
  • Planning, launching, and managing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and making adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Identifying and segmenting target audiences to maximize ad relevance and engagement.
  • Enhancing landing pages and user experience to increase conversions.
  • Allocating and managing advertising budget efficiently to maximize results.
  • Providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing conversion funnels, recommending improvements through landing page optimization, targeting, and A/B testing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
  • Track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve measurable results (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and content teams.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
