What You Will Do:
  • Assist the People & CultureManager in ensuring all HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, offboarding) run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, fostering a supportive and responsive HR environment.
  • Support the maintenance of SOPs and ensure HR documentation and processes are compliant with labor laws and internal audit standards.
  • Generate HR reports and provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Assist in HR system‑related initiatives, including data accuracy, automation, or system migration projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR workflows, templates, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with TA, Comben, and Employer Branding teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all People‑related activities.
  • Participate in cross‑functional HR projects and support strategic initiatives led by the People Operations Manager.
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations roles, ideally in a tech/startup environment
  • Experience in leading small HR teams or projects
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and labor regulations in Indonesia
  • Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, or employee engagement tools
  • Familiarity with HR documentation, SOP management, and compliance practices
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills with analytical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
