Job summary

A dynamic beauty retail company is seeking an HR professional to manage payroll functions and employee data across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of HR experience, strong skills in HR Administration and Payroll, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include reporting payroll budgets, handling payroll issues, and maintaining employee data. This position requires a willingness to work full-time on-site in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Payroll.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collecting employee data across all 30 areas monthly.
• Reporting payroll budgets at the end of each month.
• Inputting new employee data into Kingdee.
• Handling payroll issues and reporting to HR Manager.

• Collecting Branch Employee Data All 30 Area on 25th (Per Cut Off)
• Reporting Budgeting Payroll All Area every end of month
• Reporting Salary Payroll All Area on 3rd and send it to HQ Payroll and Finance HQ
• Input Headquarter New Join Employee Data to Kingdee
• Reporting Tax on DJP Website before 20th every month
• Reporting to Tax Team about Recap of Tax Reporting on DJP Website
• Help to Handle Problem Area Payroll Issue
• Direct report to HR Manager and HR Director
• Preparing Monthly Payroll Recap Report to HR Manager & Director
• Hair & Beauty Services 1,001-5,000 employees
