A fast-growing B2B construction company in Tangerang is seeking a Payroll Supervisor/Manager to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Indonesian labor law. This is a full-time onsite role offering a dynamic work environment with direct engagement with the founding team.
Manage the monthly payroll process for permanent, contract, and daily workers with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure the accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime data through the HRIS system.
Calculate and report monthly and annual PPh 21 tax in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Prepare payroll reports and manpower cost summaries for management and audit purposes.
Develop and improve payroll procedures in line with company policy and labor regulations.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Production departments for data synchronization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Law, or Human Resources.
Minimum 5 years experience as Payroll Supervisor/Manager, preferably in a manufacturing company
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and PPh 21 tax regulations.
Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., Talenta, LinovHR, SAP, etc.).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas).
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Willing to work full-time onsite (WFO) at Metland Puri, Tangerang.
