A leading software company seeks a Partner Sales Manager in Jakarta Utara to source and onboard new channel partners, develop a go-to-market strategy, and support partner success. Candidates should have strong strategic thinking skills, excellent command of English, and the ability to travel as needed. This role emphasizes collaboration and communication across teams.
The main duties of the Partner Sales Manager are:
Source, recruit, and successfully onboard new channel partners within the designated territory.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business-to-business go-to-market strategy by acquiring new channel partners, while guiding, coaching, and mentoring existing partners.
Design and implement effective sales methodologies and demand generation strategies to support partner success.
Support partners in achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets and strategic objectives.
Stay up to date with local industry standards, systems, trends, and competitor activities; leverage Salesforce to accurately track and report customer trends and projected sales.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including sales, customer success, software, marketing, and technical support—to ensure partner and customer expectations are met or exceeded, and to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline growth.
Act as the voice of the channel partners within internal leadership discussions, providing feedback and translating customer insights into actionable product and business improvements.
Travel to partner and customer locations as needed to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Manage complex issues involving multiple stakeholders, including channel conflict resolution and contract negotiation.
Regularly report key sales metrics to the line manager or relevant department head and flag any deviations from targets.
Job Requirement
Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Outstanding communication, presentation, training, and management abilities
Willing and able to travel as required
Candidates must have a stable internet connection and access to a quiet and conducive work environment
Preference will be given to candidates based in Jakarta.
