Balikpapan is one of Grab’s important cities in Kalimantan, alongside Samarinda, Pontianak, and Banjarmasin. It is a focus city for multiple strategic programs and campaigns (both EDLP and non‑EDLP).
As a Partner Engagement (PE) Lead – Balikpapan, you will be responsible for ensuring a healthy and reliable driver supply, strengthening driver community engagement, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support Grab’s growth in East Kalimantan. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will work on‑site in our Balikpapan Office.
