Sales helps prospective and active customers experience Remote’s Global HR Platform. Sales responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs, aligned with our value of transparency and a fair price guarantee.

What you bring
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive, energetic phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude in the face of criticism or rejection
  • Sense of urgency to reach goals and deliverables; self-starter with proactive ideas
  • Strong self-motivation and work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the key responsibilities listed below
  • Fluency in English, French & Dutch
  • Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and learn about prospect needs to assess fit
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects from various sources
  • Identify key players, research requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle

Remote compensation philosophy

Remote's Total Rewards philosophy aims to provide fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations where we operate. We pay above in-location rates and support global talent-hiring and local wealth creation. Salary bands are broad and vary by role, level, and location.

The On-Target Earnings for this position range from $31,500 USD to $70,950 USD. Base salary constitutes 70% of compensation. Actual base pay depends on location, skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary range may change over time.
