Job Description

• Research and produce high-quality, compliant financial content that adheres to E-E-A-T standards and OJK regulations.
• Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure content visibility on both traditional search engines and AI platforms.
• Conduct regular audits and historical optimization of existing articles to maintain data accuracy, freshness, and ranking stability.
• Manage on-page elements including meta tags, header structures, and internal linking strategies based on search intent analysis.
• Monitor organic traffic metrics using Google Search Console and GA4 to provide data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of content and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, at least 1 year internship experience for SEO/Digital Marketing position.
• Eager to learn and must be passionate in content creation with an attention to detail. Critical thinking, fast learner, and adaptable to algorithm changes.
• Good communicator and capable of coordinating work with team members of varying job levels.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to use AI tools (Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot) for brainstorming & structuring (not for copy-pasting).
• Must understand English.
