A hospitality management company located in Indonesia, Provinsi Bali, is looking for a Marketing Officer to manage villas and execute online marketing campaigns. Candidates should have a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, or related fields, along with experience in the travel agency or hospitality industry. Proficiency in digital marketing and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, which involves analyzing sales performance and managing online operations.
Manage villa and update online on the platform.
Execute online marketing campaigns and digital promotions to boost sales.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
Prepare sales reports and monitor daily online operations.
Ensure the website or mobile app is informative, user-friendly, and up to date.
Provide excellent customer service through chat, email, or phone.
Build and maintain good relationships with partners
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Previous experience in a travel agency, OTA, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Proficient in computer skills and e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, Google Ads) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work well in a team.
Customer-focused and capable of working under target-driven environments.
