Operations Trucking Manager / Land Transport

About the role

As an Operations Manager Land Transport at PT Kamadjaja Logistics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's land transportation operations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's transportation assets and resources, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your work will be based in Kecamatan Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimise the utilisation of the company's transportation fleet and resources
• Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of land transportation operations to meet customer requirements and deadlines
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of transportation activities with other business functions
• Actively managing and resolving any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and compliance with relevant regulations
• Providing leadership and guidance to the transportation team, including training, coaching, and performance management
• Continuously exploring and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the land transport operations
