Responsibilities
  • Design and develop conversational scripts and dialogue flows for AI/chatbot interactions.
  • Lead robot testing initiatives to ensure seamless functionality and identify potential issues.
  • Analyze robot performance metrics and implement optimizations for enhanced user experience.
  • Train and guide voice talent to ensure accurate script delivery and behavioral alignment with design intent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in dialogue design, conversational AI, or related fields.
  • Experience in product operations within the tech industry, with familiarity in internet-based platforms and AI-driven solutions.
  • Prior call center experience (preferably in telemarketing or collections) is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong learning agility and proactive attitude toward innovation.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa and English/Mandarin.
