Role Description

Operations Executive at TORAJAMELO will be key executive responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities within an organization to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Develop operational goals and strategies to align operational processes with all departments and overall objectives of the company
  • Identify areas of improvement in operational process to enhance productivity, optimise operational expenses, and improve overall efficiency
  • Ensure the services and products meet quality standards by executing quality control measures and monitoring production and service delivery process
  • Overseeing logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services
  • Identify potential risks to operations and implement measures to mitigate risks. This includes, but not limited to, develop contingency plans for various scenarios
  • Liaise with different stakeholders, management, vendors and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the alignment of operational goals and process;
  • Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations and company values and standards.
  • Managing inventory stocks and sales data;
  • Candidates can also explore and support other TORAJAMELO business functions such as sustainable supply chain, community development, and special projects.

Job Requirement

  • Background study in business administration, management, operations, management or related field.
  • Having experience in ERP, operations, and supply chain management for a range minimum 3 -5 years.
  • Good communication in English (spoken & written), conversational English is acceptable.
  • Need to be proficient with Google Suite and work on Google spreadsheets and able to analyze data, identify trends, and to make decisions based on data.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Passion for the environment, rural economies, and impact businesses.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Agile and flexible.
