Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor 4M readiness, implement 5S, and ensure production equipment and materials are fully prepared before operations.
• Develop and standardize work instructions; provide technical training to operators to ensure consistent production quality.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, conduct machine trials, and assist in the commissioning of new production lines.
• Analyze production issues using PFMEA and PICA, evaluate key metrics (yield, quality, cost), and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, QCC, KIP), including regular process audits and internal coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, etc).
• Familiar with manufacturing processes, production planning, and basic quality systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with hands‑on experience in root cause analysis tools.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, PICA, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Willing to be placed in a manufacturing environment with high discipline and teamwork.
