Offline Sales & Marketing Executive (Skincare)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Offline Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team who has a deep understanding of the skincare industry. As an Offline Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be pivotal in expanding our brand's presence in offline stores and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to promote our products, engage customers, and maximize revenue through offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships with offline stores for product placement and promotion, especially in retail for skincare/personal care
- Develop and implement strategic plans for offline sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent representation of our brand and products in offline stores.
- Collaborate with store owners and managers to optimize product visibility and positioning.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and unique campaigns.
- Provide training to store staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels in offline stores to prevent stockouts.
- Create visually appealing displays and arrangements to attract customer attention.
- Collect and analyze data to track offline sales performance and customer engagement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activities in the offline retail sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline activities with the overall brand strategy.
- Engage with customers in offline stores, provide product information, and assist in purchases.
- Evaluate store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
