Officer Development Program (ODP) Data Analytics

Company: Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI)

Location: Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia

Open to fresh graduates. The program offers an immersive training experience across BNI’s banking, investment, and digital product units. Participants will develop analytical and data‑driven decision making skills while learning the bank’s core operations and business strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• S1 / S2 from a reputable university in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA:
  • S1: 3.00 or equivalent
  • S2: 3.25 or equivalent
• Maximum age to apply: S1 – 25 years old; S2 – 28 years old
• Major: Legal / Law
• Proficient in English with a TOEIC score of at least 400 (official score only)
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to gather and interpret information effectively
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and build commitment from others
• No immediate family member in BNI (parents or siblings) and single, unmarried, and willing to remain unmarried during the program
