About the Role

We are seeking a QA Intern to join our Video Services and Access Control organization. This paid internship is designed for full-time post‑secondary students who will return to studies after the 6‑month program. The role offers hands‑on experience in software quality assurance, focusing on Salesforce applications, and exposure to agile methodologies and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, product, and implementation teams to ensure high‑quality Salesforce applications.
• Assist in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Participate in defect tracking, resolution, and user acceptance testing support.
• Learn to write clear and concise test cases.
• Conduct exploratory, functional, and regression testing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot test execution results to ensure proper functionality and user experience.
• Document and follow up on bugs/issues during the triage process.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of software development and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Graduating on or after December 1, 2026.
• Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with QA testing tools like Testrails.
