About the role

We are seeking an experienced Modern Trade Channel professional to join our team at PT. Lucky Power Indonesia. This full‑time position is based in North Jakarta Jakarta and will play a crucial role in managing key accounts and driving growth across our modern trade channels.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to grow business with key modern trade accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision‑makers at modern trade retailers
  • Negotiating commercial terms and contracts to secure favourable agreements
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Providing regular updates and reporting on account performance to senior management
  • Participating in the development of the overall modern trade channel strategy
