Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mobile Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications across Android and/or cross-platform environments. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and responsive user experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only excels at coding but also understands the importance of usability, performance, and security in mobile development. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the entire application lifecycle—from concept and design to testing, release, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for Android (Java/Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, KMP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile application development (at least 2 years)
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for Android development
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Kotlin and Flutter is a plus
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL and SQLite for local data storage
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development
