Role Summary:

Responsible for supervising and executing daily mining operations to ensure production targets, safety standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily mining activities including drilling, loading, hauling, and dumping.
  • Ensure compliance with safety (K3) and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate equipment utilization and basic maintenance with the maintenance team.
  • Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Conduct field inspections and supervise contractors and operators.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
